I have a small collection of typewriters. I find the different mechanisms and technological advancements interesting to see and learn about. And it's fun to sit down and type stuff for fun, feeling and listening to the mechanisms. I have some that are in pristine condition and some that need a little... or a lot of work. I am working on documenting my collection below:
I have two 1980's Smith Corona SL500 typewriters, and these were the first of my collection. One belonged to my dad and one to my mom. I later got a 1968 Western Auto (Brother) Wizard Tabulator from an antique shop in outstanding condition and it is so nice to use! Other typwriters I have aquired include a Smith Corona Coronet electric typewriter, mid 1950's Royal Royalite ultraportable typewriter, and another Smith Corona. I will be adding pictures here soon... hopefully. :)
